Information about your exchange service will be added to the list of our verified exchangers only when it meets conditions and requirements, listed below:
The Site of the Exchange Agency should contain clear and relevant information as to exchange rates, fees, charges, exchange terms in a manner, that excludes any ambiguous interpretation of this information. All exchange operations should be performed as per published exchange rates and terms. Site should contain clear and exact customer procedures, which customers should use as guidelines when performing an exchange.
Exchange Service, exchanging HooPay units to live currency and vice versa must check and keep ID details of the exchange operation participants (both cash-in and cash-out) and immediate provide these ID details upon the request of the HooPay Arbitration Service. ID details, including passport number (if it is supplied by customer), first and last names, HooPay-account details and payment description should be taken and stored by the Service as well. If the HooPay-Holder , performing an exchange and a cash receiver (owner) is the same person (for HooPay IDs of formal level or higher), it is not necessary to store the ID data.
HooPay Exchange Agency that performs wire exchanges (in and out) should store all banking/payment details for each exchange transaction and provide this information immediately upon request from the HooPay Transfer Arbitration Service. This information is to be stored by the Exchanger by means of including banking details (sender’s and beneficiary’s bank name and address (or Bank Identifier Code), account details) to the HooPay Invoice or payment description. If the mentioned banking details coincide with those, stipulated in the ID, belonging to the HooPay Holder (for HooPay ID of formal level or higher), it is not necessary to store the banking details.
The HooPay Exchanger, performing HooPay units exchange via money transmitting services (Western Union, MoneyGram, etc.) and vice versa should store full transaction details for each transaction and provide this information immediately upon request from the HooPay Transfer Arbitration Service. These details are to be stored by the Exchanger, adding personal data (name and last name, mtcn code for HooPay or recipient’s and sender’s city, etc. ) into the HooPay Invoice or payment description.
HooPay-Exchanger, performing HooPay units exchange to fund bank cards (via various equiring or billing systems without using standard bank transfer) and vice versa should store full card holder and card details (first and last name, bank name, card type, number and other appropriate details if they are available), including payment details (first and last name, bank name, card type, number) into HooPay-Invoice or payment description.
IMPORTANT! HooPay-Exchanger performing HooPay units exchange to other electronic currency or internet payment systems (paypal, etc.) and vice versa MUST store full transaction details (system/currency name, account or e-wallet number, exchange direction, exchange amount) by means of the HooPay Transfer System tools and should OBLIGATORY include this data into HooPay- Invoice or payment description.
When adding funds into the System (when selling HooPay currency to the customers) via exchange options, listed in point 2, 3 and 4 of the given document the Exchanger is allowed not to collect and store data in cases, when exchange limit doesn’t exceed an equivalent of USD 2000 per 24 hours per one HooPay user.
HooPay Transfer System leaves itself a right to refuse information and promo support (adding an exchanger to the exchangers listings) in case the Exchanger violates one or several rules or requirements, listed hereto.
